ASK THE CHEF
To project the brand image of being the authority of baking and to solidify the fact that SCS is the ideal platform for engagement with chefs and bakers, we introduced a new concept called 'Ask the Chef', a social media activation strategy to strengthen and enhance the communication stream between bakers and chefs. With this, professional chefs were now able to answer baking questions and provide SCS fans with customised solutions. Reaching more than 100,000 fans, with over 1,000 social interactions, this activation strategy, which ran for a series of 4 episodes/seasons, was a huge success.
